When you visit the Site or send us email, you're communicating with us electronically. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale copying, republishing, or commercial reuse of the content (including using our writing or images to train AI models without permission) requires a separate written license. Email us if you'd like to talk about it.
If you submit a question, story, comment, image, or other content through any form or chatbot on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve, and respond to you. You retain ownership of what you submit. We won't publicly attribute your submissions to you without your permission.
The Site offers conversational tools and chatbots powered by large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). These tools generate responses on the fly and can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or just plain wrong. Use them as a starting point for your own thinking and judgment, not as a substitute for professional advice. Conversations may be stored and reviewed so we can improve the experience.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Belt Bots, Come Write Inn Studios, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any of our services.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
