By using blackbeltbots.com, you agree to play nice: don't break the site, don't steal the work, don't pretend our content is yours. The site is provided as-is — we do our best to keep it accurate and useful, but we can't promise it'll be perfect. If you're a NO BS AI™ member, the Memberships and Purchases section below covers you. If you're a client with a signed agreement, that agreement covers your project.

Agreement between user and blackbeltbots.com. Welcome to blackbeltbots.com. These Terms cover blackbeltbots.com, nobsai.now and the NO BS AI™ membership (together, the "Site"), all run by Redden Wilson Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Black Belt Bots™. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Free Week. Your first 7 days in the NO BS AI™ Guild are free. You add a card at checkout so your membership can start on day 8. Unless you cancel before then, on day 8 your card is charged $97 and the Guild renews every month after that. To cancel, use your Stripe self-serve page before day 8: enter the email you signed up with, Stripe emails you a sign-in link, and cancelling takes a couple of clicks. You keep the rest of your week and are not charged. If that first charge goes through anyway, write to [email protected] and we'll refund it.
The Guild. The Guild costs $97 a month, $291 a quarter or $970 a year, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time the same way, on your Stripe self-serve page. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep your access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund part of a period.
The Foundation. The Foundation is a one-time purchase ($997, or $750 in the bundle), and it's yours to keep. Cancelling the Guild doesn't affect it. If it isn't for you, ask within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout page, which shows the name Black Belt Bots.
Your use of blackbeltbots.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you stay in control.
When you visit the Site or send us email, you're communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, or other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
Black Belt Bots does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you're under eighteen, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The Site may include links to other websites. Those linked sites are not under our control, and we're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. The presence of a link doesn't mean we endorse the linked site.
You're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use blackbeltbots.com for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content on the Site — writing, illustrations, graphics, logos, photos, code, frameworks, the Manifesto, the Themes, the Storyworlds, the worldbuilding, the bot prompts and behaviors — is the property of Redden Wilson Enterprises, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
Black Belt Bots™ and NO BS AI™ are trademarks of Redden Wilson Enterprises, LLC. The Come Write Inn™, The Goblin Mine and the other named worlds and characters on the Site are its creative properties, published under its Come Write Inn Studios™ imprint.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale copying, republishing, or commercial reuse of the content (including using our writing or images to train AI models without permission) requires a separate written license. Email us if you'd like to talk about it.
If you submit a question, story, comment, image, or other content through any form or chatbot on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve, and respond to you. You retain ownership of what you submit. We won't publicly attribute your submissions to you without your permission.
The Site offers conversational tools and chatbots powered by large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). These tools generate responses on the fly and can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or just plain wrong. Use them as a starting point for your own thinking and judgment, not as a substitute for professional advice. Conversations may be stored and reviewed so we can improve the experience.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redden Wilson Enterprises, LLC (doing business as Black Belt Bots) and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any of our services.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL REDDEN WILSON ENTERPRISES, LLC (DOING BUSINESS AS BLACK BELT BOTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE.
Black Belt Bots reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Black Belt Bots may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
