Letters from the Inn, daily-ish.

The Dispatches

A flock of clockwork owls led by Professor Hoot wings overhead carrying dispatches from The Come Write Inn at twilight

Quick Answer

The Come Write Inn is RJ's Substack — daily-ish letters to her people. Every dispatch carries a story, a call to action, and a thread that ties back to the Manifesto. Event invitations, course announcements, and stories both fantastical and absolutely true — except for the parts she made up.

What's in every dispatch

  • A story. Every. Time. Count on it.
  • A call to action you can act on the same day. Not "think about it." Do something.
  • The Manifesto, lived out. One of the ten maneuvers, woven into the story.
  • Event and course invitations — usually before they go anywhere else.
  • Stories fantastical and absolutely true. Mostly true. Some are made up. You'll know which are which. Probably.

“Daily-ish. Infrequent enough to actually want to open. Rare enough to feel like a letter, not an email.”

Who it's for

The Dispatches are for the people who already know the Manifesto in their bones — the creative visionaries, service-based entrepreneurs, and worldbuilders who want a steady drip of "someone else sees what I see." If you're one of mine, you'll feel it on the first read.
